Terms

Order Terms (updated 8th August 2017)

  1. Label prices do not include shipping.
  2. Quotations are valid for two months.
  3. Quotations are subject to change due to possible design / size / yarn adjustments during the sampling process.
  4. Samples generally take 2-3 weeks to produce, longer if special yarns / loom / post-production processes are required.
  5. Mass production usually takes another 2-3 weeks, longer if special yarns / loom / post-production processes are required.
  6. The client will pay for products in full before we begin production.
  7. International clients will be invoiced via PayPal in Hong Kong dollars.
  8. International clients may choose to pay via TT bank transfers, provided that the client pays for all related fees charged by both the issuing-bank and the receiving-bank.
  9. Hong Kong clients can pay via cheques, local bank transfers (Bank of China), or PayPal.
  10. Size tolerances are Β±2 mm for normal labels, and more for larger labels.
  11. There will be no exchanges or refunds on any products unless they are (A) shipped via FedEx and are damaged upon arrival; or (B) shipped via any methods and contain manufacturing defects. ("The label does not look / feel as expected" is not a manufacturing defect.)

Shipping Terms (updated 9th June 2017)

  1. Labels will be shipped from our Hong Kong headquarters.
  2. The client will pay for all shipping fees (including shipping the samples) before shipments.
  3. Labels will be discarded if shipping fees aren't paid within 30 days after we send the shipping quote. The client will bear all costs of reproducing the labels.
  4. The client will pay for all return shipping fees, redelivery fees, and other associated fees if wrong shipping information is provided.
  5. The client will be given multiple shipping options to choose from (such as air mail and FedEx). Not all options come with tracking.
  6. The client will be responsible for paying any and all import duties and associated fees that may be charged by their country's customs office. We have no way of knowing how much the customs office might charge the recipient. Each country's laws are different, and we are not responsible for handling any import duty disputes for the client.
  7. We will not mark any samples or products as gifts. Shipments will include invoices that state the accurate value of the products.

  1. We try to keep all information on our website / social media accurate and up-to-dated, however we do not guarantee that the information is updated across all platforms in time.
  2. We reserve the rights to the final interpretation of all terms.
